Parade Group Leader/Organizer:
The 23rd Annual
“Daffodils on Parade” will
take place on Saturday, April 24th.
The parade will begin at
11:30AM and culminate at
approximately 1:30PM with a brief
awards ceremony in the Silver Fork
Food Tent.
The Meriden Daffodil Festival
Committee invites the entire
community to join us on this very
special day!
The
Daffodil Festival is entering its 32nd
year as Meriden’s premier outdoor
event.
“Daffodils on Parade” is
one of the festival’s main
features, exhibiting the creative
participation of the entire
community.
It is the city’s largest
parade, and the route is
consistently lined with thousands of
spectators.
Your presence would afford
local residents the opportunity to
show their appreciation for your
hard work!
The
theme for this year’s parade is
“Sunny
with a Choice of Great Food.”
Please if it all possible
incorporate it in your participation
plans.
Anything related to the many
different types of edibles to be
found in the Silver Fork Food Tent
is encouraged!
Please take the time to
complete the accompanying entry form
accurately so we can properly place
you in the parade lineup.
