Food Vendor Application

The Meriden Daffodil Festival Committee is actively seeking non-profit organizations, civic groups, fraternal clubs, church groups, school and neighborhood organizations to participate in the Meriden Daffodil Festival as food vendors in the Silver Fork Food Tent.

Regional not-profit groups may reserve a space to prepare and present their culinary creations to over 50,000+ festival visitors.  Please feel free to contact Doreen Roddy at, 203.235.4102 or 203.213.9041

How to Apply

  • By Mail:Download the Food Vendor Application 2024 and mail it (along with payment) to: Meriden Daffodil Festival, PO Box 40, Meriden, CT 06450, OR
  • Online: Complete the online form below. To pay by check, mail your payment to: Meriden Daffodil Festival, PO Box 40, Meriden, CT 06450.
  • Please note on April 18th at 6:30pm we will have a food vendor meeting in the Daffodil Building, you will be able to do a Q&A with the Fire Marshal and the Thurston food rep. (located up in the parks garage area)
